where can i rent studio time (to teach dance lessons) in riverside, ca or somewhere near there?

I want to start teaching dance lessons, but I do not have a studio or place to do so. Are there any studios in this area that will rent out time to private dance instructors?

Most ballroom studios rent the floor out to teachers on the hourly basis. Look for ballroom studios at http://www.accessdance.com

    go to a karate school ,gym,healthclub,knightsof columbus,a banquet hall (they do nothing in the daytime) a hotel conference room.
