It’s kind of a stupid question, but I want to lose weight on my belly, sides and thighs. I play basketball for 30 minutes a day, but I don’t think that is enough to get me to lose enough weight before summer. I’m 5’6 and weigh 150 lbs. And I’m only ALMOSTT 14.
! But also, I am not a very good dancer, lol, I just know it burns fat quick. I can pop lock & drop it, do the stanky leg, reject (jerk), and do the soulja boy tell ‘em dance. Lol, but that’s about it. I can’t get a DVD or anything because my dad thinks I shouldn’t lose weight, but of course he only says that ’cause he’s my dad. Lol. But any hip hop, pop dance that could help me would be appreciated.:) And, if krumping is good, a site that can teach me how to do it would be nice

Also, today I started starving myself. I’ve only had powerade and green tea. And any other exercises would be appreciated. I do home school so school sports isn’t an option. I do lungs, calf raises, and squats. Which have been giving me improvement in my legs, but only muscle. I want less muscle and more slim. ![]()
I mean lunges. Lol.
