What is the copyright information necessary to keep a video of "so you think you can dance" on youtube?

Youtube deletes the SYTYCD videos because people are trying to claim them, but if you give credit and and put all of the shows copyright info will they still get rid of the video?

If you: "give credit and put all of the shows copyright info",
YouTube will be EXTRA vigilant in making sure to get rid
of the video because it will look even more like an official
SYTYCD video. By giving credit, you run the EXTRA risk
of having your account "terminated" because if you state
the "copyright info", that implies that you knowingly took,
copied, used or "stole" something which isn’t yours, and
that you are publicly admitting it on YouTube itself. Thus
would actually be stupidly "incriminating" yourself.

They still own the copyright and so they still have the right to request they be taken down. Only exception might be if it’s such a short clip that you can claim fair use. However, I’m pretty sure YT will almost always side with the copyright owner.
