What are some tips I can use to learn a dance routine by myself?

I want to learn a choreography for this one song. I tried looking for tutorials on youtube, but alas no luck. I've found a "dance shot" (ie just the choreography without any interruption in a music video), but it moves really fast.. Is there any tips you can give me to help me learn this choreography easier?

have the music on cd or itunes and write the movement on paper so you can coordinate the music with the moves. Then practice practice, practice.

    thats hard to do, but i would just watch it over and over until you have it memorized
