Volume 1: Seated Upper Body

This dvd has three segments: an upper body stretch; a Bhangra segment in which you will learn different moves that are great for parties; and a Bollywood inspired dance routine. This dvd will suit everyone who has upper body mobility. Whether you use a wheelchair, a walker, a cane, have lower body injuries, are challenged by arthritis, or just want to fully grasp and practice your upper body movements, this dvd is for you!

Volume 2: Full Body
