if you can run in your heels they arent high enough? my friend is acting so trashy atm help!?

ok i was back at home and we went shoe shopping on friday for the nightout we had planned with a few more mates
i picked a pair of blue heels (as i was gunna be wearing a blue and grey dress) and i tried them on. they were quite comfy when i walked in them so i asked my mate what she thought and she said "can you run in them?"
i said "probably a lil bit, why?"
and she replied "if you can run in your heels they arent high enough. get a different pair"
the pair i had on had 3-4 inch heels on them which is quite high for me, i usually have smaller heels as i hurt my foot last year and its never been quite right since…
anyways i bought them coz i liked them. she bought a rediculous pair of heels which was like 5-6inches high… she could hardly walk in them and had to keep takin them off when we were dancin.
anyways then before we went home she had to buy some fake tan. she has a medium skin tone and she went for the dark tan foam…

we got ready at different houses and met in town.
she was dressed in hotpants, white fishnet type legging and a badly fitted tight top that shownd all her bumps… she had trowled on the make-up too… never mind the fake tan that looked orange.

she looked quite odd compared with us and i had to take her a-side after 2 bars and asked her to go home and change… she was getting us alot of unwanted attention and it was getting quite embarressing.
she did get changed but refused to tone down the make up.

in the club she was dancing like a nutter with every guy we saw and ended up getting smacked by some girl…

she went out again last night and someone has took pics of her dressed all tarty…ive seen them on facebook.

i dont understand it.
she says its the real her and if we dont like it she will get new mates…
i have known this girl since i was 11 and we are now in our late 20’s…
she has never done anything like this ever before even when we had a girly holiday to magaluf!

i dunno what to do.
we have another big night planned at the end of may and we dunno if we should invite her… help!
chloe i didnt tell her to go home i asked her…

What do you think of Omarion judging ABDC?

What do you think of him judging on this season of America’s Best Dance Crew? For me it seems kind of weird without Shane and with him instead. And especially in the regionals for the south, Lil Mama and Omarion are acting really weird/awkward to each other.

Omarion will be alright. Not the best judge in the world. They should have chosen another choreographer to fill Shane’s shoes. I miss Shane but he got in legal trouble for his past. Omarion is still getting his feet wet. He’s only had 2 shows compared to 5 seasons with the other two. Be thankful that ABDC didn’t get Ellen! haha

Is Nigel Lithgow jealous of Nathan (SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE)?

He picks on him so much and even goes so far as to mimick him. He says Nathan is immature but it seems that Nigel is the one acting like a child.

Nigel was just jealous of Nathan because he wants Molly’s tight 18 year old body… He’s such a creeper.
