Hey, where can I buy the Beginner's Guide to Salsa Vol 1, the original 2003 version at a slightly less extortionate price of £30 from amazon.co.uk? I know that it's really popular but it seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth..

Also, any recommendations for the best salsa dvd out there if you want to learn at home? for intemediate to advanced (well, more intermediate, seeing advanced doesn't look right:) or even if it starts from beginner I don't mind.

Finally, best place for salsa courses that run as a package than random drop in lessons, in Manchester, UK??
