Recently i statrted to go to dance school to learn salsa, but i can not catch the steps which perform by the?

instructor as compare to other students so i am feeling very offended, till now i can not able to catch the basic step.
So i want to know that is there any CD & books available in the market which enable me to learn basic step & i will be escaped from any offended before other students

I’m not sure about books or CDs but if you check out http://addicted2salsa.com/ They’ve got some good videos from beginning to advanced. I subscribe to their podcast too.
