2 years ago i weighed 110 lbs which was good for me being 5′ 2” female 21 years but the last two years i have been gaining weight? eating the same pretty healthy no fast food, no soda, no alcohol, vegetarian 1300 – 1800 cal per day exercise 1 hr 5 days per week
why am i gaining weight and how can i lose the weight i don’t need to have an instant fix (of course the sooner the better ) but 1-2 lbs per week is good (obviously 2 is better lol)
any ideas for diet (maybe protein shakes) or any ideas for great exercises?
currently my exercise is walking, or dancing, pilates, or exercise dvds like julianne hough dance dvd or turbo jam all those infomercials you see on tv! i can’t go outsite where i live because its cold for another 2 months so i can’t go rollerblading or biking
any help!!!
i was thinking about zumba maybe to mix it up or tracy anderson method any thoughts?
your body has become used to the exercise. try cutting it down to 3 days, lower your cardio intensity, or cut down to 30 mins a day for a couple weeks. you gotta change things up every so often to "trick" your body. you also might want to evaluate your water and salt intake.
i dont think ur gaining weight i think ur gaining mussle. mussle weighs more than fat.
i was in track and i kept wondering why i was gaining weight to. then my dad told me i was just burning fat and gaining mussle.
