can i learn hip hop dancing at the age of 16-17 and be a pro?

i dont want to just go to parties jukin’ and grindin’ and jerkin,i want to do evrything,like my brother (his bad ass nigga).i want to get on the dance floor and showoff

Yes…. It will take Practice and a lot of work…. I am almost 27 and I have been dancing Hip Hop for 3 years going on 4 …. I’m not the best but i go to dance classes and i’m on a small Hip Hop dance team ( at my church) …
