u can go to web site on ur phone and dl it directly or u can dl blackberry desktop manager from blackberry.com or from the disk that came w/ the phone.. onto ur pc and use teh usb cable. go to media manager then find the file that is saved onto ur pc and drag it to the bottom of the screen to the phone.. it’s easy
