No, there isn't. Most of ballroom dancing is in the technique. If you're an accomplished ballroom dancer, you can get ideas for new variations from video clips, but there's no way for a novice to learn the proper poise and connection without actually being connected to a real live instructor.
But to feel a little more prepared for your first lessons, I'd suggest you look at http://www.ballroomdancers.com . The "Learn the Dances" section will give you an idea of what you'll be getting into.
