where can i find a good ballet video dance lesson (for free) on the computer do you have to be on a certain diet ?
Youtube (try the user jfkvideos, i think that’s the name or it’s jfkvideo, or just search, Just for Kix). They have a lot of dance tutorials. Anahiem Ballet also has some balance and intrustional videos. You can type in "stretches" or "ballet" and go from there. ExpertVillage has a lot of videos, but I hear its not always the correct technique or terminology
a youtube video is ur best bet

youtube. look up ballet terms & search them on youtube. & no you don’t have to be on a certain diet. but it’s good to be healthy & soft drinks aren’t recommended because they hinder your stamina.
