those are basic movements,if you have nevere danced you wil not understand and it will be strange for you….it is very important to know high of your hands…etc…..if notthose exercisec you woudn’t be so excitng oabuout all good dancing people…especially in videoclips like missy eliot etc……it is very hard work and not evryone can do it….
