I learned mainly by imitation. I'd watch the older dancers at my studio and copy what they did. I've had a couple of lessons on it as well, but it was mainly just copying people. The advantage to that though was that I could add my own flair and style and make it my own.
Go to the Library .. they have DVD's on Latin Dancing and you can learn in the privacy of your own home.

I wouldn't go for a crash course. Just a few tips in coachings every now and then should be enough.

Lots of private lessons. Also watch top latin dancers on youtube and try to imitate their arm lines in the mirror
