It is not that amazing but nice vid if you wanna teach the wave u should teach the arms then body then bring the legs in at the end otherwise to inexperienced people it looks very complicated to learn.

You’re supposed to stiffen the arm muscles that finished waving, it helps the illusion look much much better… It’s all about a switching a muscle twtich between palm, elbow, shoulder,chest (optional) other shoulder, other arm, and the other palm… The more you practice, the better you get at it
