I took ballet for 10 years in a small town that happened to have a instructor who had been well trained and actually performed on broadway, however she had to give up teaching to take care of her elderly parents, I have not taken dance in 8 years, so I’m very out of practice and may have forgotten some techniques. I want to reacquaint myself with ballet and hopefully take my skills further than they were before. Does anyone know of good DVDs that honestly teach dance-not just a dance inspired workout-but isn’t just a beginners course?
