   For ballroom, no not without paying for it.

   For Salsa, my girlfriend and i started a website I Live Salsa, http://www.ilivesalsa.com that offers free salsa lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced dancers, articles and tips on salsa, videos of other salseros around the world, and information on salsa congresses. This is social style salsa but IMHO is much more fun and complex than ballroom salsa or mambo. Especially when you look at the really advanced dancers.

   It's almost exclusively introductory steps to almost every dance with excellent videos. A good introduction, but don't expect to turn pro from this site.
