I’ve been working out a lot with aerobic and strength training exercises 5 days a week. I’m 25 and 5’2 female. I want to train myself to have a simular body like the proffessional dancers of "dancing with the stars".Around what percent body fat are they? Please serious answers.
I know 10-12% body fat is essentail for a women I’m looking for an average of the women proffessional dancers of the show dancing with the stars so I more of an idea of where I want to be around.
To get the body of a professional dancer, you would have to do the same hours of practice and conditioning that they do. Dancing is their job, so they put TONS of hours into working on their physical abilities. I would guess that their body fat %s range a lot, but they’re probably pretty low because of all the muscle they have. Just work to get the body that’s right for you, not pro dancers.
