Can you be a profesional dancer if you start learning at the age of 19 and when dance is your only passion?

Highly unlikely. If it is ballet, then a definite no. If it is something like hip hop or street dancing it is possible. Maybe ballroom too. But ballet or contemporary dance, you are way too late.

I think it depends on your definition of professional and also the style you're doing.

Not impossible, but not a likely situation.

well, maybe… i have been dancing my whole life but i am still 13 and i am wanting to become a professional dancer.

you could if you really really worked hard, which you probably will do if it is your passion

Oh gosh. Nothing is impossible jeez. It is highly unlikely. You are going to be auditioning against dancers who have had much more training than you. Who have been dancing since they were 5. Who have been dancing for 3/5 hours per day for years. You simply can not catch up to them in technique.
Think of it this way.. you want to be a professional tennis player and you just start learning at the age of 19. You want play in the pros for baseball and you just start learning the game at the age of 19.
Dancers at the age of 19 are either in a company, at an academy for dance or in college majoring in dance.
You can start dancing at any age. But to be a professional in a company takes years of training.
