   It was a frustrating hill to climb and yet seemed to be such a basic move. I also got her drills drills drills dvd and I HIGHLY reccomend it. NOt only can I FINALLY shimmy but I can do the 3/4 too. I have been learning for 15m now and I got the shimmy kinda at around a year and now–I’m a shimmy fool. What worked exactly? NOt thinking about it so much and just letting it happen. Try bending your knees a bit more and slightly push your pelvis foward (with the tuck). Keep working–it’ll come!

   I have her pop-lock-shimmy DVD and love it! I believe if it were not for the shimmy drills on it I wouldn’t be able to shimmy if my life depended on it! I had THE HARDEST time getting those lil suckers! I want to get her drills drills drills dvd next.
