    a lot of girls just don’t have the control over their hips to be able to do a move like that without practice. they end up moving their torso too much instead of isolating the hips. that’s why it’s hard. some people are just naturally born with the ability to do it correctly though.

    the thing is contracting the pelvis…not squeezing
    if u squeeze u wont be able to move as free….and the movement wont be as u want! :)
